Please carefully read and understand the *Terms of Use*. By completing the registration process and by accessing, using, and/or viewing job postings or candidates on the *Kaam Pe Job Board*, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Use. You also confirm your initial and ongoing acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.

*Services Provided*

Kaam Pe provides a platform where:

*Candidates* can register and manage their profiles.

*Employers* can post jobs and search for candidates.

The *Kaam Pe Job Board* is accessible 24/7 for browsing, alerts, and saved jobs.

*User Responsibilities*

By using the platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information.

Employers are fully responsible for their hiring processes.

Users will not misuse the platform for spam, false data, or harassment.

*Limitation of Liability*

Kaam Pe is a facilitator only. We do not:

Guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.

Verify or endorse job listings or candidate profiles.

Accept responsibility for job outcomes or interactions between users.

*Privacy Policy*

We collect personal data (e.g., names, CVs, contact info) to operate the platform.

Your data is stored securely and used only for recruitment purposes.

Kaam Pe does not sell your data.

You can request the deletion or correction of your personal data at any time.

By using Kaam Pe, you consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

*Refund Policy*

*Candidates*: A registration fee is required for candidates to create a profile and apply for jobs on Kaam Pe.

*Refunds*: Refund requests can be made within 7 days of payment, provided that the candidate has not used their profile to apply for jobs. Refunds will not be processed after 7 days or once the candidate has applied for any job listings.

*Employers*: Employers paying for job listings or subscriptions may be eligible for a refund only if:

A technical issue on our side prevented service access, AND

A refund request is made within 7 days of payment.

Refunds are not available for user error, lack of responses, or hiring outcomes.

*Termination of Access*

Kaam Pe reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform without notice if:

– A user violates these Terms.

– A user posts misleading or fraudulent content.

– A user engages in abusive or illegal activity.

Users may delete their accounts at any time via the platform or by request.

*Changes to Terms*

Kaam Pe may update these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the platform after changes are made, you accept and agree to the updated terms
